As usual, the club will be providing food, soft drinks and beer.
We’ll be awarding CENLA and TLAC trophies and voting on the annual most valuable member award.
There will a table set up for photos and memorabilia, so feel free to bring something to share.

Since the party will falling so close to the regular February meeting date,  we will not be holding a general meeting on the 2nd.
We’ll hold a limited agenda meeting at the beginning of the party.

Many of our events operate on the verge of breaking even.  CENLA is a non-profit organization but the event entries need to cover site fees, sanction and insurance, as well as leave some left over for club operating costs.  With the ‘profit’ from events we buy cones, timers (we promise ), loner helmets, etc.  After the last two events we took a substantial loss and with only 8 drivers pre-registered for Saturday the board of directors decided to call the event so we don’t loose another few hundred dollars of the memberships’ funds.

We apologize for any inconvenience and hope to see you at our end of the year party at a date TBD.  We also encourage you to attend the Delta event on Sunday for your autox fix.

We’ll resume events in January of 2010; it looks to be a great year for motor sport in southern LA!
