Late Fee Explained:

It has been determined by the board that registration will close promptly at 9:30am. We have extended the times to allow everyone more time to get to the event. If you are not in line by 9:30am there will be a $10.00 late fee assessed.  No exceptions will be made.  Please make registering for the event priority number one when you get on the site. In order for other functions of registration and worker control to take place, registration HAS TO CLOSE at 9:30am. The only exception to this rule will be made on a case by case basis by the present board members and the event chairman (me). We apologize in advance for any inconvenience, but we are trying to be compassionate to those who just don’t want to get up early enough to get there on time (without going overboard)!!

There is a board meeting Tuesday Sept 29th at 700 at the Borders at the mall of LA.  We will discuss the setup of the event.  The meeting is open to all members.
